Joint Cutting / Sawing & Removal / Restoration

Slab Sawing

These techniques are commonly used in concrete, precast concrete, asphalt, brick, cinderblock and tile. Core drilling machines typically run off of electric power sources but for large diameter holes hydraulic is available.

A slab saw is a walk behind machine with a blade mounted on a spindle. Common slab saw uses include cutting trenches to install pipes below grade and removal or large areas of slab to allow for new concrete surfaces.

Our saws range from five to  one hundred and ten horse power. This technique is commonly used in concrete slab on grade, as well as suspended slab, precast concrete, asphalt, and bridge decks. Our slab saws are available in gas diesel and electric, and have a maximum cutting depth of 32″ inches.
